Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.adordx.com (the "Site"), operated by Ador Diagnostics Ltd., a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE395533), with registered office at 58 Agiou Athanasiou, El Greco Building, Flat/Office 201, 4102 Limassol, Cyprus ("ADOR", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, including by registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information Addressed to Healthcare Professionals
The Site presents the NATlab system and associated in vitro diagnostic (IVD) syndromic panels intended for professional use only. Content on the Site is addressed to healthcare professionals, laboratory personnel, distributors, and procurement contacts, and does not constitute medical advice. Where applicable, our products are developed to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR) and other regulatory frameworks in the markets where they are placed.
Products referenced on the Site may not yet be approved, CE-marked, or commercially available in all countries; availability is subject to applicable local regulations and regulatory status at any given time. Instructions for Use (IFU), where issued, must always be consulted before using any ADOR product; nothing on the Site replaces the IFU or the judgment of a qualified professional.
2. Accuracy and Currency of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site's content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information - including product specifications, performance claims, or regulatory status - is complete, current, or error-free. Product availability and specifications may vary by country and may change as the NATlab system and our panels continue to be developed. Historical or archived information is provided for reference only. You should verify critical information (e.g., regulatory or certification status, current IFU version) directly with ADOR before relying on it.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, product and device images, technical materials relating to the NATlab system and our diagnostic panels, layout, software, and their selection and arrangement - is the property of Ador Diagnostics Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable Cypriot, EU, and international copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print material from the Site for personal, non-commercial, or internal business reference use only, provided you do not remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice. Any other use - including reproduction, modification, distribution, public communication, or the creation of derivative works - requires ADOR's prior written consent.
"ADOR," "NATlab," associated logos, and other product names are trademarks of Ador Diagnostics Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use these marks without our prior written permission.
4. Website Registration and Account Terms
Certain areas of the Site (e.g., a customer portal, resource library, or newsletter sign-up) may require registration.
4.1 Eligibility.
Registration is intended for professional users - healthcare institutions, laboratories, distributors, and their authorised staff - and for individuals of at least 18 years of age acting on behalf of such organisations.
4.2 Accurate information.
By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date.
4.3 Account security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately via adordx.com/contact if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4.4 Free and non-compulsory.
Registration on the Site, where offered, is free and not compulsory; declining to register does not affect your ability to browse the Site's public content, though it may limit access to certain materials (e.g., technical documentation).
4.5 Termination.
ADOR may suspend or terminate an account, or refuse registration, at its reasonable discretion - including in cases of inaccurate information, misuse of the Site, or a security concern - without prejudice to any other right or remedy.
4.6 Data processing.
Registration data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice & Cookies Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us regarding use of the Site.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
-
use any hardware, software, or automated means to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site's operation or security;
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data;
-
upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content (including malware);
-

-

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site, or any part of it, at our discretion, for any breach of these Terms.
6. Content You Submit
If you submit content to the Site (e.g., through a contact or registration form), you warrant that it is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant ADOR a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for the purpose for which it was submitted (e.g., responding to your enquiry, processing a request). You remain responsible for the content and accuracy of any information you submit.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook), for your convenience. ADOR does not review or control these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Cypriot and EU law, ADOR disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose, other than warranties that cannot be excluded by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits ADOR's statutory obligations regarding product conformity and safety under the IVDR or applicable consumer protection law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADOR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of applicable law (including product liability rules applicable to medical devices). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by a defective product, to the extent such liability arises under mandatory law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ADOR harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rules that may apply if you are acting as a consumer.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site's homepage or relevant pages.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
